What is CR Cafe?
CR Cafe is gaming cafe management software that runs bookings, billing, customers, inventory and staff from one dashboard, with real-time control of every station.
Who is CR Cafe for?
Gaming and internet cafes, esports lounges, and co-working or hourly-rental spaces — any business that bills by time on a station.
Which gaming stations does CR Cafe support?
PC, PS5, Xbox, VR and racing-sim stations, each with its own pricing. PCs additionally get remote lock, unlock, restart, shutdown and wake-on-LAN.
Does CR Cafe support memberships and wallets?
Yes. Customers top up a wallet in cash or UPI and spend it on sessions or at the counter, and members can log in at the PC and pay from their wallet. See our guide to memberships and wallets.
Does CR Cafe handle billing?
Yes — automatic session timing, rates per station type with weekday, weekend, day, night and per-player pricing, add-ons and extensions, and point of sale with cash, UPI or wallet payments.
Does CR Cafe support inventory?
Yes. Point-of-sale sales draw from inventory, so stock updates as items sell, with low-stock and out-of-stock alerts.
Does CR Cafe support remote station management?
Yes. A lightweight agent on each PC enables remote lock, unlock, restart, shutdown, wake-on-LAN, live screen view, remote control, app launch and USB blocking from the dashboard.
